THE INSTITUTIONAL PLATFORM

Every institutional subscription includes centralized administration, faculty oversight and outcome reporting.

Institutional subscriptions begin at 3 learner seats. Organizations with one or two learners can use individual memberships.

Institutional subscriptions are annual named-user licenses. Unassigned seats remain usable through the current term; unused seats are non-refundable, have no cash or credit value and do not automatically carry forward. Institutions may add seats during the year and adjust their quantity for the next renewal.

Qualified institutions may request a time-limited pilot for faculty and selected learners. Pilots are arranged with the institution and are not offered as individual free trials.

All DialogueMD prices are set in USD and exclude applicable taxes. At checkout, Stripe may display and charge the equivalent amount in the customer’s local currency using its current exchange rate and applicable conversion adjustment. Institutional purchases use the institutional enrollment workflow and institutional Stripe product; organizations should not purchase multiple individual memberships.
