Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: July 23, 2026

Do not enter identifiable patient information or protected health information into DialogueMD. DialogueMD is an educational platform, not a healthcare provider or emergency service.

Information DialogueMD handles

Depending on how you use DialogueMD, information may include account and authentication details, profile information, subscriptions, invitations, institutional memberships, seats, cohorts, learning activity, assessments, Simulation Lab transcripts, automated feedback, contact and support submissions, and security or administrative audit records.

How information is used

Information is used to secure accounts, provide learning access, preserve progress, generate feedback and reports, manage institutional programs, process subscriptions, respond to inquiries, prevent misuse, and maintain auditable administrative operations.

Simulations and automated feedback

Learner responses, simulated-patient replies, feedback, scores, and learning events may be stored so learners can continue their work and properly authorized faculty or institutional administrators can access records within their assigned scope. Automated output may be imperfect and is not a definitive determination of clinical competence.

Service providers and payments

DialogueMD uses service providers for authentication, database services, payment processing, transactional email, hosting, security, and supported automated learning functions. Stripe processes payment information. DialogueMD does not store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.

Retention, security, and cross-border processing

Records are retained as needed to provide the service, preserve learning and institutional history, resolve billing, maintain security and audit integrity, or meet applicable obligations. DialogueMD uses access controls, privileged multifactor authorization, scoped database policies, audit logging, and server-side secret handling. Service providers may process information outside your province, state, or country.

Your requests

You may ask about access, correction, deactivation, or deletion of account information. The available outcome depends on institutional relationships, billing status, and records that must remain intact. Contact contact@dialoguemd.com or use the Contact page.

Changes

This policy may be updated as DialogueMD changes. The date above identifies the current version.
